Delete your account and data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open KineticSight: Baseball and sign in.
2. Open the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

This removes your login from our account system and clears the results and videos saved on your phone.

By email

If you cannot open the app, for example because you deleted it or lost your phone, email privacy@kineticsight.app from the address your account uses and ask us to delete the account. A parent or guardian can ask for a teen's account to be deleted the same way. We will delete it as soon as reasonably possible and reply to say it is done.

What is already gone, and what is not

• Uploaded videos are not kept on our server. The original is deleted when the analysis finishes, and the processed copy and other leftover files are deleted automatically within 15 minutes.
• Job results expire on the server after 1 day, whether or not you delete your account.
• Anything saved on your phone is removed when you delete the account in the app, or when you remove the app from your phone.
