Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms cover your use of KineticSight: Baseball ("the app"), run by KineticSight, a small independent project. By creating an account or signing in you agree to them. Please also read the Privacy Policy.

Who can use the app

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian to use the app. Access is currently by invitation only.

Your videos

Upload only video you are allowed to share. If other people appear in a video, make sure they, or their parent or guardian if they are under 18, are fine with it being analyzed. You keep ownership of your videos. You give us permission to process them to produce your results, as described in the Privacy Policy, and for no other purpose.

What the analysis is, and is not

The app measures things like joint angles and timing in a video and offers general training suggestions. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it cannot guarantee a result or prevent an injury. It does not replace a coach or a doctor. Stop and get advice if something hurts.

Using the app fairly

Do not try to break the app or its server, overload it, get around its limits, or use another person's account.

Ending access

You can delete your account at any time (see how to delete your data). We can end or limit access, for example if the rules above are broken or the project stops.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is, and it may be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, KineticSight is not liable for losses from using it.
